Dr. Evan Rieder

Dr. Evan Rieder is one of three American physicians to be dual board-certified in dermatology and psychiatry. He is a graduate of Dartmouth College and the University of Pennsylvania School of Medicine, as well as residency programs in psychiatry and dermatology at the New York University School of Medicine. Before venturing into private practice, he spent the first seven years of his career as a full-time faculty member in the world renowned NYU Department of Dermatology. There, he honed his expertise in medical and cosmetic dermatology, taught the next generation of dermatologists and psychiatrists, and performed research in cosmetic dermatology.

Dr. Rieder is considered an expert in cosmetic dermatology and has a sophisticated understanding of how aesthetics affect quality of life. With more than ten years of experience in practice, he also has expertise in skin care, general and surgical dermatology, and the diagnosis and treatment of hair and nail disorders. He is known for both his ability to customize cutting edge technology to achieve natural cosmetic results as well as his practical and collaborative approach to the treatment of skin disease.
